PERSONALIZED EXERCISE PROGRAMMING

Looking for guidance to help you become more active, get stronger and healthier, or figure out how to be active despite pain, fatigue, or health challenges? Jesse Robson, Physiotherapist, has years of postgraduate training & experience teaching various types of fitness and movement practices, including: strengthening & conditioning, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Awareness Through Movement, tai chi, seniors' fitness, Nordic pole walking, balance training, cardiac rehab, and graded rehab from chronic pain. In addition to standard physiotherapy services, Jesse is well equipped to develop and teach personalized exercise programs that people can do either at home, or at their local gym or swimming pool.​​

 

Jesse works with clients of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels, from young athletes, to pregnant, postpartum and perimenopausal women, to people with severe chronic pain, cancer, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, and significant frailty.

 

Jesse loves helping clients learn how to exercise in the ways research has shown to be most effective for improving health, mobility, and well-being across the lifespan. She believes strongly in the health benefits of regular physical activity, and loves helping people learn how to improve their health, comfort, and quality of life through exercise.
